1. The Service

pdfCraft provides online tools to view, edit, convert, merge, sign, and otherwise work with PDF and image files. Features may vary between free and paid plans. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use pdfCraft. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use pdfCraft for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Upload content you do not have the right to use or process
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Interfere with other users' access to pdfCraft

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or applicable law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of documents and files you upload or create. You grant pdfCraft a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for backing up your files and for ensuring your use complies with copyright and other laws. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

5. Paid plans and billing

pdfCraft Pro and other paid features are billed through Stripe. Prices, limits, and included features are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice where required. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds, if any, are handled according to our published refund policy or applicable law.

6. Third-party services

pdfCraft may integrate with third-party services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Adobe, and AI providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party products or outages outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

pdfCraft, its branding, software, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or underlying technology except the limited right to use the Service as intended.

8. Disclaimers

pdfCraft is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Output from automated tools (including OCR, translation, and AI features) may contain errors — review results before relying on them for legal, medical, financial, or other critical uses.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pdfCraft and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold pdfCraft harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice where appropriate. You may stop using pdfCraft at any time. We may terminate or suspend the Service or your account in accordance with these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where pdfCraft is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
