How quickly will I hear back?
We typically respond within 24 hours on business days. Billing issues are prioritised when they block access to your account.
Do I need an account to get help?
No. You can contact us with any email address. If the issue is account-related, include the email you used to sign up.
Are my files stored?
Files are processed in your browser or temporarily on our servers for conversion, then removed. We do not keep uploads longer than needed to complete the task.
How do I cancel Pro?
Open Profile → billing and cancel from the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
Something failed on a PDF tool — what should I send?
Choose Bug report, pick the tool, and include steps to reproduce. Browser and OS are filled in automatically — you can edit them if needed.
Is pdfCraft free?
Core PDF utilities are free with fair daily limits. Pro unlocks AI, Office conversions, e-signatures, and higher limits. See Pricing for details.
