Frequently asked questions

Do I need to create an account?

No. Filling in the form, picking a template, and downloading the PDF is free and doesn't require an account.

Can I use my own brand colors and logo?

Yes. Every template has independent background and text color pickers, and you can upload a logo, place it on either side of the header, or use it as a watermark.

What's the difference between Invoice and Receipt mode?

The same form and template — Receipt mode swaps the due date for a paid date, shows Amount Paid instead of Total Due, and adds a PAID stamp.

Is my invoice data stored anywhere?

No, not by default — the PDF is generated entirely in your browser. Saving a reusable business profile and invoice history is a Pro feature.
